Boys and girls, sons and daughters of the country and of the city, let me whisper this admonition to you: Don’t live and don’t sleep and don’t study in rooms (at home or at school) where the light and air are such that you can’t or couldn’t raise beautiful roses in pots set in the “living room, in your bed room, in your school room. Don’t. And don’t drink what you wouldn’t give your pet canary to drink. Don’t. And don’t eat mixtures at any meal that would make you “sick to your stomach” if you were asked to eat the same after it is all mixed together in your or anybody’s stomach. Don’t. By so doing, by so avoiding, you shall soon “raise” a brain and “hatch” a mind that shall surpass your elders, your teachers’, your superiors’—unless they take the hint from you and do likewise. ~ Doctor E.R. Moras - Autology

Now is the time
There's no value in resenting what must be completed. Just get it done, and then there will be nothing to resent.
Don't waste your time worrying that something will go wrong. Just get started, and cross each bridge as you come to it.
Stop looking for excuses and reasons to put it off until later. Focus instead on the real value that will flow from making it happen right now.
Instead of seeking to avoid effort, look for how you can put real joy into that effort. Imagine choosing to get it done and really meaning it.
Be delightfully free of the unfinished business that follows you around and holds you back. Get busy and get it done.
Add energy to your moments as you transform your burdens into blessings. Choose right now to get it done.

The word “universe” means one song. Your every intention or heart’s desire is like a melody in nature’s symphony; all you have to do is sing your song. A Rumi poem says, “I want to sing like birds sing, not worrying who listens or what they think.” If you can sing your song with that attitude, you are participating in the Law of Detachment, and nothing will be able to stop the force of your intentions.

Feeling frustration
What does it feel like when you are ready to do whatever it takes to succeed? It feels exactly like frustration, because that's what it is.
Whenever you feel frustration, you are primed to make a positive difference in the world. You are highly motivated to create new and meaningful value.
Don't let your frustrations go to waste by allowing them to get you down. Choose instead to put your frustrations to work.
Listen carefully and gratefully to what your frustration is telling you. Discover and begin to manifest the improvements that your frustration is begging you to make.
By understanding what frustrates you, you'll better understand what fulfills you. When you feel strongly about what's wrong, you're already on your way toward making it right.
Be aware of your frustrations and pay attention to their messages. You'll find powerful positive purpose in them all.

There is an entire industry with an innate economic interest to obstruct, suppress and discredit any information about the eradication of diseases. The pharmaceutical industry makes over one trillion dollars from selling drugs for ongoing diseases. These drugs may relieve symptoms, but they do not cure. We have to realize that the mission of this industry is to make money from ongoing diseases. The cure or eradication of a disease leads to the collapse of a multi-billion dollar market of pharmaceuticals. ~Dr. Matthias Rath

"If the American people ever allow PRIVATE banks to control the issue of their currency, first by inflation, then by deflation, the banks will deprive The People of all property until their children wake-up HOMELESS on the continent their fathers conquered. The issuing power should be taken from the banks and restored to The People, to whom it properly belongs".

The only difference between a problem and a solution, is that people understand the solution. Solutions only involve a change in perception, since the solution must have existed all along -within the problem itself. A researcher is there not to master the problem but to make it give birth to its solution." ~ Charles F. Kettering

Come my friends, tis not to late to seek a newer world. For my purpose holds to sail beyond the sunset. And though we are not now that strength, which in old days moved earth and heaven, That which we are, we are one equal temper of heroic hearts, made weak by time and fate, but strong in will, to strive, to seek, to find, and not to yield. ~ Alfred Lord Tenison

"Fasting is, without any doubt, the most effective biological method of treatment. It is the 'operation without surgery'. It is a cure involving exudation, reattunement, redirection, loosening up and purified relaxation. While fasting, the patient improves her or his physical health and gains much. But he or she will have neglected the most important thing if the hunger for spiritual nourishment that manifests itself during fasting is not satisfied." Otto Buchinger, Sr., M.D., Germany's self-described "fasting therapist"

"The only cure of a degenerative disease ever established, has been by a vitamin, mineral, or essential food factor. No prescription drug has EVER cured a SINGLE degenerative disease. While antibiotics can kill bacteria in the body and have no doubt saved lives that would otherwise have been lost since the discovery of penicillin, this does not mean that the bacteria is the CAUSE of the "disease" being treated nor does it mean that antibiotics are the BEST way to handle the situation because Klenner (MD)demonstrated way back in the fifties (published hospital studies, Southern Medical J) that intravenous vitamin C in megadoses kills off ANY infection known to man (including tetanus -lockjaw) without ANY harmful side effects. What is being treated when an antibiotice is used... is the SYMPTOM, not the disease, but that is another story for another day. To say that bacteria cause disease is like saying that the flies cause the manure pile and firemen cause house fires because each of the latter are found on the scene. Bacteria are EFFECTS.... not CAUSES."
~ Dr Duffy DC
